The eco-friendly composition developed by our patented nanopolymer company is plant-based (PLA) and features our proprietary formulation technology. The injection raw material (DWP616 resin) is 82% USDA certified, excluding water and dyes, and contains no chemical additives or plasticizers. NanoPLA is manufactured without the use of calcium carbonate and silica. The 100% plant-derived natural plastic raw materials manufactured with our technology are called ‘Phyto-plastic*’. It reduces carbon by about 78% and does not cause environmental pollution.
It is composed of natural ingredients that are safe from 12 environmental hormones, 7 heavy metals, and atopy (allergies) even when contacted by babies with delicate skin.
The natural blend of additives further improves thermal properties and creates a physically appropriate bond that is suitable for extrusion, injection and blowing processing. This is why the technology to manufacture ‘phytoresin’ was born.
The natural composition compensates for the processing disadvantages of eco-friendly raw materials (cracking, warping, low temperature, hydrolysis, amorphous, hygroscopicity, etc.
